The PMC Certification Board (PMC-CB) is constituted under the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) Singapore, a non-profit professional organisation with the aim of promoting the skills and knowledge of management consultancy in Singapore.

The PMC-CB operates independently from IMC with a 'firewall' from the latter's membership activities. Such a demarcation of roles is in line with international standards and best practices, and lends credibility to the certification process.
